Why TATA Motors is not manufacturing two-wheelers?

In rulal and semi-urban area, most of the people are travel by Two-Wheelers, In India every year more than 35 million two-wheelers are manufacture. In manufacturing of two-wheelers most of the giant companies participate, including Hero, Honda, TVS and other. Do you ever think that Why TATA Motors (global car manufacturer) is not manufacture two-wheelers? 

There are two reason behind it:-

• Ones Ratan Tata (Chairman of TATA Group) was going on his car in rain, then he saw that a man with his family of 4 person went on a bike and due to rain suddenly they slipped with bike and got wounds on their hands and legs. Ratan TATA saw this accident and thought to make a affordable car for middle class or lower class. Then, TATA Motors made a affordable car NANO. So the reason was that Two Wheeler is insecure and majority of the accidents in roads is by the Two-Wheelers. Ones ex MD of TATA Motors in a Townhall Meeting said that Two-wheelers are insecure so that's why TATA Motors is not Manufacturing Two-Wheelers.
• The second reason is that TATA Motors is globally famous for commercial vehicles, You would be also hear about the Ford vs TATA rivalry. Ones on a time when TATA was start to manufacturing of Passengers car, they made Indica cars and got failed, that was the biggest loss of TATA Motors. So they will not repeat their mistake. And it also need a huge capital investment to set up manufacturing plants and machineries.
